Are you looking for a manager for your Residential Care Home? If so, then let C.H.A.S. take the risk and hassle out of finding the right manager for your home.

We are aware that all Home owners run their residential care homes differently. All have different agendas, personalities and priorities. By visiting you, and you home, seeing how you work, and what your particular needs are, we are better able to select for you a compatible employee.

Much thought and time goes into our work and entails preliminary interviews, short lists and questionnaires, long before we get to a short list of possibly two candidates for you to meet and consider.

We work on the premise that satisfying the criteria for the role of Care Home Manager, as laid down in the National Standards is not enough in itself. Care Home Managers, we believe are not hard to find, but the right Manager for ‘you’ and ‘your home’ is something else entirely.

Our Commission includes:

Placing and funding advertisements.
Collecting and collating replies and preliminary interviews.
Sending job descriptions and application forms to suitable applicants.
Collecting and collating replies.
Dealing with all correspondence and short listing candidates for interview.
Arranging date, time and venue for interviews.
Interviewing candidates and selecting.
Seeking references.
Discussing progress with Care Home Owners.
Presenting suitable candidate for consideration.
Advertising and supporting application to CQC.
Arranging start date.
Following through first month of service.
Overseeing success of placement and then withdrawing.
